DIRIGO ROAD GALLERY SUPPORTS MPBN

April, 2008 – Five artists from Dirigo Road Gallery have donated artwork in support of Maine Public Broadcasting’s annual fundraiser – the MPBN Great TV Auction and Juried Art Show. The work of Connie Henderson and Grace Keown was accepted into MPBN’s Juried Art Show, which will hang at L/A Arts Gallery 5 in Lewiston the month of June. All juried art will be auctioned off at a live, one-day event July 12th, at the Maine Maritime Museum in Bath. The art of Annette Houston, Shari Brann and Pam Peltier will be auctioned off May 2 – 11, 2008, during MPBN’s annual Great TV Auction. All artwork may be viewed now at www.mpbn.org.

2008 MOFGA Common Ground Country Fair Poster Winner

January 2008 - Grace Keown, member and co-founder of Dirigo Road Gallery and Artists Cooperative was the winner of the 2008 Maine Organic Farmers & Gardeners Association (MOFGA) Common Ground Country Fair poster contest. Her design will be featured on this year's poster, t-shirts and assorted fair memorabilia for the Fair, which is in its 32nd year.
