Dirigo Road Gallery Shipping & Returns Policies

 Shipping

Items will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt of electronic payment through Paypal. Standard form of shipping is USPS Priority Mail, insured with delivery confirmation. Heavier and large items are sent via UPS, unless otherwise specified by buyer. Items purchased via personal check will be shipped within 72 hours after the check has cleared our bank. Items will be insured at full value for damages and lost packages. Domestic (US) shipping charges are included in the price of each item. Buyers will receive a shipping confirmation email.

  International Sales

International rates to be calculated and applied based on buyer’s location. Please email us your location and we will let you know the cost of the international shipping charges.  

Returns

We recognize that the original work produced by the represented artists of Dirigo Road Gallery in no way infringes on another’s copyright or ideas and the artwork featured and offered for sale is the exact artwork sold. We do not substitute. If for some reason you, the buyer, are dissatisfied with your purchase upon receipt, you may return the item within 30 days from the date the order was shipped.

 Conditions of Return

Before returning an item within the 30 day period from the date it was shipped, please follow these steps. (If you are intending to return an item because it arrived to you in a damaged condition, please see Refunds/Credits below.)

1). Email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it to notify us of your intentions and to receive an RA# (returns authorization), along with instructions and the shipping address for return. Please include as much information about your order as possible, along with the reason for return.

2) Insure the item you are returning for its full value against damage and loss, along with confirmation delivery. If possible, take and retain a photograph of the item(s) you are returning. Return the item with its original wrapping and packaging materials. The returned artwork must reach us in an undamaged and saleable condition. Note: We cannot refund you 100%  for items which are received by us in a damaged state. Shipping charges for returns are not refundable by Dirigo Road Gallery.   

Refunds/Credits

1). Refunds - refunds and credits will be issued when an item has been returned within the 30 day period, provided the Conditions of Return (above) have been met.

2). Refunds for damages - we insure for the full value of the item against damage or loss. If your purchase arrives in a damaged state, or not at all because it has been lost by the shipper, then Dirigo Road Gallery will follow the terms of the shipper’s insurance.
